Strawberry Or Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. water
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 baked pie shells
2 small pkg. strawberry/peach Jell-O
1 pt. strawberries or peaches

Preparation

Mix sugar, water and cornstarch.
Stir and cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Remove from the stove and add the Jell-O and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Fill baked pie shells with strawberries or sliced peaches and pour mixture over them. Chill until set.
Garnish with whipped cream.
