Morning In The Vineyard Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Apples
    24 Strawberries
    2 Cantaloupes
    Juice of 2 oranges
    Juice of 2 lemons
    4 T. sugar
    1 bottle Paul Mason Crackling Ros Wine
Preparation
    Peel and core apples, remove skins and seeds from cantaloupes. Mix first 5 ingredients in blender or food processor. Refrigerator until well chilled. Just before serving add Crackling Ros. Pour into stemmed glasses. Garnish with a cluster of white grapes. Serves 12.
