Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cherry pie filling

Preparation

Cream the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Place one wafer in cupcake paper.
Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
Set in muffin pans.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool.
Top with pie filling.
