Cherry Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 envelopes (2 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. margarine (to grease pan)
    1 graham cracker square (2-inch) crushed
    5 c. frozen cherries
    1 pkg. (1 gram) Equal sweetener
Preparation
    Conventional Method:
    Combine water and gelatin in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Stir lemon extract, lemon peel and Equal into gelatin mixture.
    Set aside.
