Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold Water
    2 c. Raisins
    1 c. unsweetened Applesauce
    2 Eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. liquid Sweetener
    3/4 c. Oil
    2 c. plain Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
    1/2 c. Pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Add raisins to cold water and boil until nearly all water is absorbed by raisins.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well greased bundt pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
