Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.
Add sugar gradually and continue beating until glossy.
Add rest of ingredients and pour into spring-form pan.
Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
Fill with berries and top with whipped cream.
