Skinny Strawberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. plain whole yogurt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    fresh strawberries or fruit glaze topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend yogurt and cottage cheese in blender.
    Beat eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar and flour.
    Stir in yogurt mixture.
    Pour into pie crust and bake 50 minutes or until custard is set.
    Cool, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Garnish with strawberries or fruit glaze.
    Yields 8 servings with 370 calories and 20 g fat per serving.
