"Pecan Pie" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. broken pecan pieces
Preparation

Cream the butter and brown sugar together.
With a fork or wire whisk, add eggs and blend them in.
Add cornstarch, salt and vanilla.
Add corn syrup, followed by the pecans.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
