Dena'S Curry Fruit Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruits for salad
1 c. black pitted cherries
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2 bananas
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cut and drain fruit except bananas for several hours or overnight.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and curry powder.
Peel and cut bananas into salad size pieces.
Mix with other fruit; add melted butter with fruit and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Mix lightly.
Turn into buttered casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot with ham, baked chicken or any meat.
Serves 8 to 10.
