Ground Beef And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
dash of pepper
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef and onion.
Add pepper to taste. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and water; simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into large casserole dish.
Add Mozzarella cheese.
Stir in cooked vegetables (cook vegetables as directed on package). Separate biscuits into 20; overlap biscuits around the outside of dish.
Spread an additional 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese on the center.
Bake for 22 to 27 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
