4 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
7 oz. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Grease and
flour
two 9-inch pie pans.
Beat eggs well and add
sugar,
flour,
milk, vanilla and melted butter.
Mix well. Stir in coconut.
Divide mixture in the two greased and floured pans.
Bake
at
350\u00b0
for
25 minutes or until golden brown.
