Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Add chocolate mixture, buttermilk and eggs.
    Beat on low for 1 minute.
    Beat on high until light and fluffy (2 minutes). Pour batter into pans.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 5 minutes.
    Then put on wire rack.
