Potato And Carrot Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. peeled and cubed, raw potatoes
    1 c. carrot sticks (2 x 1/4-inch)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper strips (2 x 1/4-inch)
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. instant bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In heavy 3-quart pan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir to combine.
    Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Yields four 1-cup servings.
