Pizza Crust(Makes Two 12-Inch Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. unsifted plain flour
Preparation
    Measure warm water into large bowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved.
    Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 1 1/2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Turn out onto floured surface and knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl; let rise until double in size.
    Punch down; divide in half. Flatten each half in pizza pan (greased).
    Cover with pizza sauce. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
