Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 soft tortilla shells (1 pkg.)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 tortilla shells.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Combine meat, onion, tomatoes and taco seasoning.
    Spread over shells in pan.
    Combine 1 cup Cheddar cheese and cottage cheese.
    Spread over top of mixture in pan.
    Lay 3 tortilla shells over top.
    Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese over shells. Bake covered with foil at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (Use glass baking dish.)
