Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Sift flour and sugar together; add beer and mix well.
Batter will be thick and lumpy.
Pour in a greased 9 x 5 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
