Gourmandise Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
    8 oz. Gourmandise, softened
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
    In small mixer bowl, beat softened Gourmandise, cream cheese and reserved pineapple juice until well blended.
    Stir in pineapple; chill thoroughly.
    Shape into ball; roll in pecans.
    Chill until serving time.
    Serve with crackers and fresh fruit slices.
    Makes about 2 cups.
