Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and then chopped
    1/4 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 c. grated cheese, Cheddar or Swiss
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Cover bottom of baking dish with bacon, onion and cheese. Cover with eggs and milk mixture.
    Bake in middle of oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
