Baked Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    dash of garlic salt
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
    2 (1 lb.) cans lima or butter beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings until golden; drain off excess fat and discard.
    Add tomato paste, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and garlic salt.
    In a 3-quart casserole, combine pork and beans, kidney beans and limas.
    Add crumbled bacon, onion and celery sauce.
    Stir to mix.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
