Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 strips bacon, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. thyme
2 cans Mixin Chicken (2 c. cooked chicken)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
cooked rice (4 servings)
Preparation
-
Saute onion, pepper and thyme in bacon grease until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and water.
Add chicken and thyme to taste. Serve over rice.
