Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. creamed corn
    4 hot peppers
    1 c. corn meal
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 large chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown beef, add onions, peppers and cheese. Sift meal, salt and soda.
    Combine sifted mixture with beaten eggs, milk, oil and corn.
    Pour 1/2 bread mixture in a deep greased skillet or Corning Ware dish.
    Add meat mixture, top with other 1/2 of bread mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
