L B J Ranch Deer Meat Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 deer
    1/2 hog
    25 oz. salt
    20 oz. black pepper
    8 oz. red pepper
    2 oz. sage
Preparation
    Grind deer and hog meat and mix with remaining ingredients. Cook with scrambled eggs or form patties and pan-fry.
