Mae Oma Jones' Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

In hot Wesson oil in heavy pan, cook garlic and onion until soft.
Add beef and seasonings and cook until crumbly.
Mix in tomato paste and hot water.
Simmer 5 minutes.
In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, put a thin layer of sauce, half the noodles, all the cottage cheese and one half of the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat with one half of remaining sauce, remaining noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
Complete with the rest of the sauce on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
