Hamburger Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    24 oz. shredded hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion.
    Spread beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Top with hash browns.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover with onion rings; bake an additional 10 minutes.
