Low Carb Chicken Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced into fajita-style strips
    1/2 onion, diced
    4 oz. can diced green chiles
    8 oz. pkg. lite cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Cook chicken strips in skillet thoroughly. Pour off drippings, leaving approximately 1/4 cup in pan. Add onion and green chiles; cook over medium heat for 3 minutes longer. Add cream cheese and seasonings; mix well and continue to simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
