Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots (about 5 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Pare
    and
    slice
    carrots.
    Cook carrots and boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain
    and cool.\tIn medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Add carrots.\tCover tightly and chill overnight.
