Fresh Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks real butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. sifted plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 orange rind
1/2 juice of 1 orange
1 c. Pet evaporated canned milk
1 Tbsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Grate rind of 1 orange.
Use 1/2 of rind in cake batter and save other half for icing.
Squeeze out juice of 1 orange and use half of juice in cake batter and other half in icing.
