Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 lb. cubed beef
    cherry tomatoes
    bell peppers
    fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine salad
    oil, lemon juice, water, onions, garlic, pepper, salt, rosemary leaves, oregano, thyme and celery salt. Marinate cubed beef
    overnight
    in
    covered dish.
    Place meat, cherry tomatoes, bell
    peppers and fresh mushrooms on skewers. Grill until done.
