Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Creole seasoning
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. frozen petite green peas, thawed
    1/2 c. frozen shoepeg corn, cooked according to package directions and drained
    3 Tbsp. diced bell pepper
    1-1/2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1-1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Creole seasoning. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add mayonnaise mixture. Toss gently and chill. Serves 8.
