Snow-Top Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 sq. (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    24 milk chocolate Kisses
Preparation
    Beat margarine with electric mixer on medium for about 30 seconds or until softened.
    Gradually beat in powdered sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Beat and stir in flour and milk. Shape a well-rounded teaspoon of dough around each Kiss.
    Place cookies pointed side up onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
    Remove cookies and cool on wire racks.
    Frost peaks of cookies with fluffy frosting.
