Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless beef
    1/2 lb. brisket beef
    4 potatoes
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery (optional)
    2 round onions
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. Hawaiian salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 can stew tomatoes
    1 medium ginger
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in
    a
    pot; drain oil out.
    Add water; let boil with
    ginger
    until meat is soft.
    Add potatoes, carrots and onions;
    cook
    for\t15
    minutes.
    Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and stew tomatoes; cook to boil, then add celery last.
