Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 c. water
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saut onion, celery and bell pepper. Add sausage and cook until sausage is done. Drain well. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Grate Cheddar cheese over top. Microwave, uncovered, for approximately 10 minutes.
