Swedish Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. soft margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. ground almonds
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Mix together flour, almonds and salt until dough holds together.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set but not brown.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
    Cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar.
    Makes 5 dozen cookies.
