Favorite Refrigerator Bread(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water or potato water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cake yeast
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. soft shortening
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    7 to 7 1/2 cups sifted flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix together water, sugar and salt. Crumble yeast into mixture. Stir until dissolved.
    Then add eggs and shortening.
    Mix in first by spoon and then by hand, mashed potatoes.
    Knead until smooth.
