Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together the first 4 ingredients; cut in shortening. Combine milk and egg; add to mixture just until all is moistened. Add berries and spoon into muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yield:
    1 dozen.
