Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add oil; beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Beat in carrots. Add pineapple and pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
