Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 c. crushed ice
    1 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 banana
    1/2 apple
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries
    1 tsp. sweetener (powdered sugar, or sweet-n-low)
Preparation
    Fill blender about 2/3 full of crushed ice.
    Add about 1 1/2 cups of apple juice.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add banana, apple, frozen strawberries and sweetener.\tBlend all together to make a frozen drink.
    Serves 2-4.
