Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 to 2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed (and juice)
1 c. chopped pecans and walnuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients. Set aside.
In separate larger bowl, mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries and nuts.
Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
