sliced carrots
mushrooms
green or red peppers
ground beef
chicken
m.s.g.
ginger
garlic powder
salt and pepper
beef
chicken bouillon with 2 c. water
cornstarch
Preparation
-
Sprinkle ginger on meat.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on vegetables.
Thicken chicken bouillon and water with cornstarch.
Serve over rice, noodles or soy sauce.
