Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well, bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
