Yellow Squasherole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. butter flavored cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 yellow squash, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Place 2 tablespoons oleo in 1-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High about 1 minute until melted.
    Add crumbs and pecans. Microwave 2 minutes; stir after 1 minute.
    Pour crumbs onto wax paper and set aside.
