Ma Styrk'S Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Beat granulated sugar, lemon juice and pumpkin.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and ginger.
    Grease and flour a 15 x 10 x 2-inch cookie sheet.
    Pour in batter and top with nuts.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn out on powdered tea towel.
    Roll up and cool 1/2 hour.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
