Bubble And Squeak(Traditional English Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges
    3/4 lb. pork sausage links
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan over high heat, in 2 inches boiling water, heat potatoes and cabbage to boiling.
    Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender; drain. Meanwhile, in covered 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage links in 2 tablespoons water for 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and brown sausages well on all sides.
    Add potatoes, cabbage, salt and pepper to sausages; cook 5 minutes longer, occasionally turning sausages and vegetables with pancake turner.
    Makes 4 servings.
