Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) Mrs. Filbert's margarine
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well with a fork.
Add margarine, salt, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into two uncooked pie shells.
Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
I heat the oven to 425\u00b0 and put the pies in. Turn back to 375\u00b0.
I think the hot oven sets the crust and filling.
