Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1 c. water
    1 qt. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    11 c. flour (add gradually)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Knead dough.
    Let rise.
    Knead down and let rise again.
    Grease 3 bread pans.
    Knead dough; form into loaves and let rise in bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
    Yields 3 loaves.
