Miniature Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
    8 strips bacon, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Divide pastry in half.
    Roll out 1/2 at a time on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut 12 rounds from each half, using floured 3 1/2-inch cookie cutter.
    Line 3-inch muffin pan cups with rounds; set aside.
