Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten with whisk
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Beat next 4 items together; then add to eggs.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread pecan halves in unbaked pie crust. To the other mixture (eggs, syrup, etc.) add 3 tablespoons butter. Pour over pecans.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 and 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
