Buster'S Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled fish
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 to 3 green onions, cut up
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk or flour (if needed)
Preparation
    Combine fish, mashed potatoes, onions, eggs, salt and pepper. If mixture is too thick, add milk; if too thin, add flour.
    Shape into balls or flat burgers.
    Roll in flour and deep fat fry.
