Best Ever Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 c. cooked regular rice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. halved seedless grapes
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
    Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
