Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1/4-inch strips
1/2 c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. oil
2 pkg. beef stroganoff seasoning sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. noodles
Preparation

Cook steak strips and onion with oil until done and drain. Add seasoning sauce, soup, salt and pepper.
Stir until thick. Add sour cream.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
